Preparing for the Summer Show and Sale

This meeting will cover the volunteer opportunities, vendor information and general show and sale information. We will discuss all of our planning for the event and the ways you can be involved. Thank you for making our biggest event of the year possible. This meeting will cover the roles for volunteering and how you can help. We will discuss how to participate as a new vendor or how to be a small vendor with less than a full table. We will discuss how to enter the show part of the event.

Friday, June 27th
	Doors Open:	12:00PM
	Set-up for Vendors:	1:00PM - 4:00PM
	Volunteer Sale:	3:00PM - 5:00PM
	Member Shopping:	5:00PM - 7:00PM
	(Membership sign up available at the door)
Saturday, June 28th
	Doors Open:	8:00AM
	Set-up:	8:00AM - 10:00AM
	Public Shopping:	10:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday, June 29th
	Set-up:	8:00AM –10:00AM
	Public Shopping:	10:00AM - 3:30PM
	Clean-up	3:30PM – 5:00PM
