CSSSJ Private Tour: Our annual May field trip will be to the UC Davis Botanical Conservatory for a tour showcasing a diverse collection of plants, including rare cactus, succulents, carnivorous species, and tropical varieties, and rare succulents. The conservatory has been in operation for 66 years. The conservatory is noted for a collection of Welwitschia mirabilis, known as the living fossil, among many other prize plant specimens.
