Making simple, textured pinch pots with Vickie Jackson

Our February program will feature club member Vickie Jackson. She will show us how to make pinch pots using a red stoneware clay, and how to add texture to the soft clay using a variety of materials. This will be a hands-on presentation, so bring an apron and some towels.

Vickie will fire them and bring them back to the March meeting. No glaze will be applied.

Although the activity will be limited to 20 participants, everyone is welcome to watch and learn from the experience. RSVP to programs@csssj.org to secure a spot. The club will cover the cost for CSSSJ members.

COVID precautions: Masks are encouraged, but optional for our meetings.
